Jinnah Technologies undertake to observer the conditions prescribed in PTA Compliance with requirements of Critical Telecom Data and Infrastructure Security Regulations, 2020 for grant of DATA CLASS VALUE ADDED LICENSE SERVICE and hereby certify that Critical Telecom Data and Infrastructure Security Regulations described will be operated and followed in accordance with this license.

Jinnah Technologies further declare Jinnah Technologies shall observe in letter, spirit international code of conduct and PTA Regulations and shall abide by rules abide by rules and regulations as defined in said regulations. In case of any default, Jinnah Technologies shall be liable for any action taken by the PTA as per the PTA Compliance with requirements of Critical Telecom Data and Infrastructure Security Regulations, 2020.

Jinnah Technologies further solemnly give an undertaking that Jinnah Technologies will not either directly or indirectly divulge to any person, except when lawfully authorized or directed to do so, the purpose of any data transfer which device will transmit to other device which come to my knowledge in connection with the operation of said rules and regulations
